Publishing AGM Minutes and Accounts

In the interests of reducing cost and avoiding waste, the Committee has decided that any documents that will be considered and/or approved at future AGMs, such as the Minutes of the previous year's AGM or the financial statements of the Club and the Charitable Funds, will no longer be printed and sent to all OMs.  Instead, these documents will be published on the Club website and copies will be sent to OMs on request.

In addition, documents that are to be considered at the AGM will be provided to those who register in advance, requesting that copies be available to them at the AGM.

The Summer Mailing will include a summary of the 2010 Master’s speech, the AGM Minutes, including details of new members of the Committee, and reports from the Treasurers of the Club and The Charitable Trust.  This year it has been necessary to slightly edit the AGM Minutes for space reasons. A full set is available online or can be requested from marlburianclub@marlboroughcollege.org
